video: Angry Ronaldinho Subbed Off Before Half-Time, Leaves Stadium Immediately

This is not the Ronaldinho we all know and love!

The Brazilian superstar has produced some brilliant moments during his time in Mexico with Queretaro but things may well have gone sour on Thursday night.

Ronaldinho was named in the starting XI for Queretaro in a key game at Pachuca, the semi-final first leg of the Clausura.

The first half was a disaster for Queretaro, they were 2-0 down within 39 minutes and on 41 Ricardo Osorio was sent off.

Down to 10 men, Queretaro coach Victor Manuel Vucetich hauled off Ronaldinho and Antonio Sinha but instead of going to the bench, the former Barcelona star simply walked to the tunnel.

The defensive changes from Vucetich did shore things up with Queretaro losing the game 2-0 and giving themselves some chance of winning the tie in the second leg next Monday.

However, Ronaldinho has been embroiled in controversy as he did not return to the bench for the second half and was filmed leaving the stadium before the final whistle.

The Mexican press now believes the relationship between Queretaro and Ronaldinho has gone sour with a move to the MLS now predicted.

On the first video below, Ronaldinho simply leaves the pitch rather than join the Queretaro bench for the remaining seconds of the second half.

The second video shows Ronaldinho leaving the Miguel Hidalgo stadium before the end of the match.
